Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Last Best Detailing(the “Site”) and the car detailing services provided by Ravlin LLC, operating as Last Best Detailing. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Booking & appointments

• Submitting our form, calling, or texting is a request for service — it is not confirmed until we confirm a date, time, and price with you.
• We may decline, reschedule, or cancel an appointment (for example, due to weather, illness, or scheduling conflicts). If you have prepaid and we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Pricing & payment

• Listed prices are for standard vehicles. Trucks, SUVs, oversized, and extra-dirty or pet-hair vehicles are quoted up front.
• Payment is due when the detail is complete, by cash, card, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

Your vehicle & results

• Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
• Detailing improves a vehicle’s condition but cannot undo all wear. Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, or pre-existing damage may not be fully removable, and results vary with the vehicle’s condition.
• Our guarantee:if something isn’t right, tell us before you pay and we’ll make it right.

Liability

We treat every vehicle with care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravlin LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for pre-existing conditions or damage, or for items left in the vehicle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including interfering with it, scraping it at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose. The Last Best Detailing name, branding, text, and imagery are owned by Ravlin LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
